"The Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) for National Economic and Social Development and Vision 2035 of the People's Republic of China "explicitly states that efforts should be strengthened in the research, development, and application of high-performance fibers such as carbon fibers and aramid fibers, as well as their composite materials. Simultaneously, in the sector of strategic emerging industries, we will focus on new-generation information technology, new energy, new materials, high-end equipment, as well as aerospace and marine equipment. It is imperative to accelerate the innovation and application of key core technologies, enhance the capacity for factor supply and foster & strengthen new drivers for industrial development. Particularly in frontier areas of science and technology and industrial transformation such as aerospace, armaments and shipbuilding, we will implement plans for incubating and accelerating future industries and strategically plan the layout for a group of such industries.

In order to present the latest advancements in advanced fiber materials, high-performance composites, processing technologies, and engineering applications and to establish a platform for exchange and cooperation among industry, academia, research, and end-users, the SAMPE Beijing Chapter, in collaboration with the 46th Institute of CASIC, is pleased to announce the 5th Advanced Materials for Frontier Applications Conference. The conference is co-organized by the 46th Institute of the Sixth Research Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC), with all logistical operations undertaken by Tianjin Lightworld Exhibition Co., Ltd.
