Serial protective composite materials products of Protech are categorized differently based on their functional purposes and material types. By Functional Purpose: they can be classified into Ballistic UD Composite Material, MTP Composite Materials, Anti-stab Composite Materials, and Deformation-resistant Composite Material. By Material Type: they can be divided into aramid fiber composites (AS, AP, FC, and AT Series), ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber composites (ES, EP, and SF Series), and other fiber composite materials (AT Series).

AS and AP series of ballistic composite materials utilize aramid fibers with a golden-yellow appearance as the primary reinforcement to produce high-performance ballistic composites. These materials not only inherit the characteristic high strength, high modulus, heat resistance, and excellent impact resistance of aramid fibers but have also gained widespread recognition and application across various protective fields due to their vibrant color, stable performance, and high cost-effectiveness.
ES and EP series of ballistic composite materials utilize white ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber as the reinforcement. This fiber is characterized by its lightweight properties, high protective capability, and low cost, offering the highest impact energy absorption among current composite materials. Thanks to its reliable protective performance and excellent cost-effectiveness, it is gradually replacing traditional heavy protective materials (such as steel plates and ceramics) and emerging as a new mainstream ballistic solution. It has steadily gained significant prominence in the international market.
SF series of MTP composite materials are manufactured from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibers with a white appearance. Through specialized weaving techniques, resin impregnation, and composite processing, this high-performance protective material is produced. It integrates dual functionalities of ballistic resistance (against bullets) and stab resistance (against sharp knives and pointed objects). Thanks to its exceptional properties—lightweight, high strength, impact resistance, and puncture resistance—it has become a benchmark for multifunctional material applications.
FC series of anti-stab composite material is a protective product made from high-performance aramid fibers and resin through a composite process. It is designed to protect the human body from injuries caused by sharp object penetration. Characterized by high puncture resistance, flexibility, comfort, light weight, and durability, it has been widely used across various fields including police, military, security, industrial, and medical applications.
AT series composite materials are a special type of material that combines high ballistic resistance with excellent anti-deformation capability. They are often used as anti-spalling components in combination with other protective materials to enhance structural functionality and reduce non-penetrating injuries to the human body.
With the continuous advancement of materials science and manufacturing technologies, protective composite materials are evolving toward becoming lighter, stronger, smarter, and more multifunctional. They are providing increasingly reliable solutions for global public safety, national defense, and personal protection.
