To further promote industry development and technological progress of the ballistic and blast-resistant composites industry, facilitate the efficient integration of industry, academia, research and application resources, and address challenges throughout the full process from mechanism research and structural design to testing and evaluation, the " 2nd Forum on the Technology Development of Ballistic & Blast-Resistant Composites " is scheduled to be held in Jizhou District, Tianjin, from June 5 to 7, with registration and check-in on June 5, 2026.

The forum is hosted by Chinese Society for Composite Materials, with Beijing Protech New Material Science Co., Ltd. (more to be added) serving as a supporting organization. Under the theme "Ballistic and Blast Protection · Leading with Composites" , the forum will focus on ballistic and blast protection mechanisms, innovative design approaches, performance evaluation system, future development trends and practical engineering applications.

I. Submission Requirements and Guidelines

The forum will feature dedicated sessions on ballistic composite materials technology and blast-resistant materials technology, and invite scholars  experts and  to submit original papers. Please submit your paper via the conference official website http://2026fdfb.csfcm.org.cn

Submissions shall strictly abide by confidentiality rules with no classified content and correct political orientation. Only unpublished original research results are acceptable. All manuscripts shall be innovative in theme, academically rigorous, scientifically reasonable, with clear viewpoints and sufficient, well-founded arguments.

Outstanding papers will be recommended for publication in the cooperative journals of Acta Materiae Compositae Sinica and Composites Science and Engineering.
